Welcome to AlarmUp("the App"), operated by AlarmUp LLC("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using AlarmUp, you agree to these Terms of Use("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Service

AlarmUp is a mobile application that provides:

• Smart, reliable alarms
• Premium alarm sound packs
• Multi - stage wake system
• Sleep sounds and soundscapes
• Custom alarm backgrounds and wallpapers
• Reliability Guard and Backup Alarm Ring
• Optional subscription - based features("AlarmUp Pro")

AlarmUp is intended for personal, non - commercial use.

2. Eligibility

AlarmUp is available to anyone with a compatible iPhone running a supported version of iOS. There are no age restrictions for using the core features of the App, as AlarmUp does not contain user - generated content, messaging, or social interactions.

By using AlarmUp, you confirm that:

• You are using a device you own or are authorized to use
• You comply with your local laws regarding mobile app usage

AlarmUp may only be used for personal, non - commercial purposes.

3. In - App Purchases & Subscriptions(No Free Trial)

AlarmUp offers an optional auto - renewing subscription("AlarmUp Pro").

Subscription Options

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Subscriptions unlock:

• Unlimited premium alarm sounds
• Advanced Reliability Guard
• Backup Alarm Ring
• Smart Fade - In & Haptics
• Multi - Stage Wake System
• Custom wallpapers, ambient backgrounds, and animations
• Full sleep sounds library
• Future premium features included at no extra cost

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you no longer want the subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled solely by Apple, not AlarmUp. Visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

No Free Trial

AlarmUp does not offer a free trial. All subscription charges begin immediately at purchase.

4. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non - transferable license to use the App for personal use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
• Attempt to bypass or access premium features without payment
• Upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Misuse alarm functions or interfere with the App's performance

5. User Content

When uploading custom photos or background videos, you retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to display and store it solely within the App.

You may not upload:

• Explicit or violent imagery
• Copyright - infringing content
• Harmful, hateful, or illegal material

We may remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Alarm Sound & Sleep Content

AlarmUp includes:

• Built -in alarm tones
• Premium alarm packs
• Relaxation and sleep sounds
• User - selected backgrounds
• Custom uploaded photos or short looped videos

All audio and visual content is for personal relaxation, sleep, and alarm use only.

AlarmUp is not a medical device.

7. Reliability Notice

AlarmUp uses reliability enhancements such as:

• Backup alarms
• Anti - silence checks
• System warnings
• Volume and mode detection

However, due to iOS system limitations beyond our control:

• Silent mode
• Low power mode
• System restrictions
• Volume level
• Device shutdown
• Do Not Disturb
• Background execution limits

...may affect alarm behavior. You accept that 100 % guaranteed alarm triggering cannot be promised by any mobile app.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, and protect user data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate use of the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse or attempt to manipulate the App
• We discontinue, update, or modify the service

Upon termination, premium access ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

AlarmUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error - free operation
• Perfect alarm reliability
• Compatibility with all iOS versions and devices

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlarmUp is not responsible for:

• Missed alarms
• Loss of data
• Device issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

AlarmUp is not liable for any harm resulting from missed or delayed alarms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
